The After Hours Helpline gives all those living with Primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs), and their families, the opportunity to chat to trained volunteers with personal experience who can help and advise you.

To improve the current service and expand the availability of our team we are changing to a Volunteer Network, where we will match caller to volunteer, from Friday 19th March.   

From this date the traditional helpline number will no longer be in operation and all calls should be directed to the PiA staff on 020 7976 7640.
